What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you joined, and the country your request came from, as reported by Cloudflare. We use the country to do things like show prices in your currency.

We also keep a record of the exact consent wording you agreed to, and its version.

We do not store your IP address or browser details. We use your IP address only for a moment, to limit repeated sign-ups.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Turnstile may process technical signals about your browser.

Why we use it

To email you about naximo: the launch, progress updates and the odd offer.

Our legal basis is your consent, the box you tick. Giving us your email is voluntary, but we can't add you to the list without it.

Who receives it

Cloudflare handles hosting, our database, email forwarding and the bot check.

We will use an email-sending service when we send launch emails. We will name it in this notice before then.

We do not sell your data.

Where it goes

Cloudflare may process data in the US and in other countries.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy@naximo.net from the address you signed up with.

Once we start sending, every email will also carry an unsubscribe link.

Withdrawing consent doesn't affect how we used your data before.

If you want to complain, you can contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can contact your local data protection authority.
